Christopher Payne started in the marine diesel industry in 2007. He has since specialized in CAT Marine engines and MAN engines with many years of experience and schooling from both manufacturers. Chris worked for MAN and Caterpillar dealers for 15 years before starting the business in 2021. He has worked with the most respected boat brokerage firms and renowned sport fishing operations all over the world.

Brandon Merrill started working in the industry in 2010 for Whiticar Boat Works in Stuart, Florida and joined Chris soon after. They worked together for 10 years before starting C&B.
